Business Controller
CCA mandates that European companies must also appoint a "business controller" responsible for overseeing and approving all transactions, including the purchase of currencies, commodities, or stocks in the market.
Full Transparency
The company must provide full transparency for all transactions carried out by the business.
Bank Fund
To obtain a license and certification from CCA, companies are required to be affiliated with a bank that manages a designated bank fund. This fund serves as a safeguard, ensuring that in the event of company failure, the investor's capital remains protected through a bank guarantee fund.
License Number
Once all requirements have been implemented within the company, they may apply for a license with us and, upon approval, receive a license number and certification.
